Who are you?
I’m Sandra Coffey and Deputy Manager here at OneStonegrove. I have lived on the estate for thirty years and have seen the area develop. I first started here as a cleaner and moved onto reception work later on. During the pandemic, I was helping with deliveries and the foodbank here at the centre.
In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing and spending time with family.
What do you do at Stonegrove?
At the centre, I manage the phone calls at the main desk and greet people when they arrive. I will be glad when the centre is fully back to normality, and I can talk to people face to face instead of over the phone.
Why do you love what you do?
I just love interacting with people and I think this is in my nature. I would describe myself as approachable and bubbly. A client of ours said to me during a service ‘On such a bad day, it was a good day’ and this was due to the staff.
