Give some time and help your neighbours. Here are the volunteers we need at OneStonegrove right now.
We’re looking for trustees
Our trustees are volunteers too. Together they run the charity and decide where it goes next. You don’t need any experience, and we take applications all year round. Find out about becoming a trustee.
Help run our Social Club for over-60s
Every Thursday, from 11:45am to 1:30pm, older neighbours come together at OneStonegrove for food, drinks and a chat. It’s free to come.
We need volunteers to:
- help make and serve the food and drinks
- welcome people and host the club
- keep things running smoothly
You’d give 2½ to 3 hours on a Thursday. You don’t have to come every week. A couple of times a month is fine.
Help in our Gardening Club
Our Gardening Club meets on Wednesday mornings, from 10:30am to 12pm. Poppy, our Environment Projects Coordinator, runs it.
Come for 2 to 3 hours on a Wednesday. Or, if another time suits you better, help with the gardening on other days.

Help with our social media
Help us get the word out. Lots of people living nearby still don’t know what happens at OneStonegrove. You’d post about our activities and events, so more local people come along.
Do it from home, or come and work at the centre with us. Any time helps, even an hour a week or a couple of hours a month.
Interested?
Email [email protected] and tell us which role you’d like to help with. All our volunteers need a DBS check.
