NEW Yoga class starting at OneStonegrove!

Wednesday 10:30-11:30

All ages and abilities are welcome – the class will be tailored to your level and you can work as hard as you like, or have a more gentle class.

If you’re injured or stiff, please let the teacher know so they can support you.

Please bring your own mat, though we have some available to use for free if you don’t have (first-come, first-serve).
