Love to Fitness

Love to Fitness is an exercise to music class for over 50s. We aim to increase physical activity, reduce social isolation, and improve the health and wellbeing in our local community. You will learn a variety of dance fitness routines across the year. This class is perfect for active older adults looking for a modified and fun exercise to music class that aims to include some of your favourite 60’s & 70’s classics as well as some modern pop and some additional unique styles with original moves to keep you active at a lower intensity.

Prepare to leave our class having worked up a sweat, feeling empowered and strong!! Our Love to Fitness class is an easy-to-follow dance class with between 10 & 12 different routines focusing on balance, strength, and coordination. Dance your way into an active and social lifestyle this new year in our classes.

All our classes are accessible and affordable with no need for a partner or any dance experience. All teachers are professionally dance trained, hold a full DBS, a safeguarding qualification and are emergency first aid trained.

Easter 2023 class closure

Classes will not take place Monday 3rd April – Friday 14th April 2023 for the Easter break.
