Our classes are suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. We focus on gentle postures, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress. Each session is a journey of self-discovery, allowing you to reflect and rejuvenate.

- Trial Class: £12 (A great way to see if our class is the right fit for you!)
- Drop-in Session: £15
- 5-Class Pass: £65 (Save money when you commit to a series of classes. Pass must be used within two months.)
